Prenant conscience des pensées qui me traversent l’esprit
Prenant conscience de mon environnement, de comment il m’affecte et de comment j'interagis avec
Étant plus consciente de moi (self-aware) même si imparfaitement
My poems are the results of me being more present in the moment
Being aware of the thoughts going through my mind
Being aware of my environment, of how it affects me and of how I interact with it
Being more self-aware even if imperfectly
